1. Who we are
Adlens ("we", "the extension") is a browser extension that adds analytics helpers
(ad running-duration, estimated spend and related metrics) on top of the public
Meta Ads Library pages you visit. This policy explains what data we
collect, why, and how it is handled.
2. Data we collect
- Account email address — only if you create an account / sign in,
stored securely in Google Firebase Authentication so your subscription can be linked to you.
- Subscription status — plan (monthly/yearly), activation and expiry dates,
and a device identifier used to bind your license to your device. Stored in Google Firebase.
- Payment confirmation — payments are processed entirely by
Razorpay on their pages. We never see or store your card/UPI details.
Razorpay shares with us only the confirmation (and the contact details you type on their page)
so we can activate your subscription.
3. Data we do NOT collect
- We do not read your Facebook profile, posts, messages or friends list.
- We do not track your browsing on any website other than the
Meta Ads Library pages where the extension visibly works.
- We do not upload the ads you view to our servers — all page analysis
happens locally in your browser.
- We do not sell or rent any data to anyone.
4. How we use your data
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To activate, renew and protect your Pro subscription (single-device binding).
- To answer support requests.
5. Where data is stored
Account and subscription data is stored in Google Firebase (servers may be
located outside India, e.g. the United States) and payment records in
Razorpay. Both providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
6. Data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and subscription data at any time by emailing us
(see contact below). We will delete your record within 7 days.
7. Children
Adlens is a business analytics tool and is not intended for users under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the "effective date" above.
Continued use of the extension after a change means you accept the new policy.
